Step five:

Create a new layer, Merge the new layer and the new set of zipper you just created. Doing this will permanently set the layer styles. Now cut half of the zipper.

Step six:

Go to Filter > Distort > Shear.

Step seven:

Now cut out half of the bent zipper and position it.

Step eight:

Duplicate the bent zipper and rotate it.
