Step three:

Grab the eraser tool from the main toolbar, set the brush size to a 10px hard brush. Cut out holes on the corners and sides of the cardboard menu.



Step four:

In a new layer,create another layer of cardboard but smaller with different hole locations and using #E7C796 for color.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.
