The menus which holds the content, ads, etc will be based on the winamp body skin.
Create a new layer-set called "Menu" and a new layer inside the menu layer-set.
Set the foreground color to #292940.
Create a big box with the rectangle marquee tool then fill it in with the foreground color.
Add a 1 px stroke to the box by going to Edit > Stroke > Color: #6A6A7A || Location: Outside.
Create another layer and draw a smaller black box inside the first one. Make sure theres 4 px space between the first and the black box.
Go to Select > Load select > default to select the entire black box. While the box is selected go to Select > Modify > Expand > 2px. Finish it off with a 1 px / #6A6A7A stroke.
Step nine:
Were going to create the bar which holds the title for the menu.
First add your text, the first menu will be "News". Here are the font info: Arial, Bold, 9 pt, Strong, and #FFFFFF. Set the opacity level to 45%.
Select round rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 4 px. Now draw a wide #675C42 rectangle on the left side of the text.
Add the layer-styles settings below.
Do the same for the right side of the text.
