Were going to make the content boxes below the header in its own layer-sets, first structure three boxes for the hosting plans.
In a layer-set and layer, draw a #FFFFFF round rectangle using the round rectangle tool with radius of 60 px. When deciding the size of this box, just remember you will also have to make another set that's a little wider next to it. In this tutorial the width is 290 and height of 140 px.
Insert a title for each round rectangle, in this tutorial I'm using Arial, Italic, 18 pt, smooth #6FAD00 and the small type is text in a new layer with the same font settings plus superscript( this setting is found in the character options ) enabled. Add a stroke layer style with this settings: Size: 3, Opacity: 100, and Color: #FFFFFF for both the text.
Step ten:
Duplicate the first hosting plan layer-set and place it below, in this tutorial I've added three hosting plans, silver, gold and platinum. See final for visuals.Step eleven:
To make the content boxes for Welcome2, Whychoose, and Customertestimonials just duplicate one of the plan layer-set, place it next to the firsthosting plan then extend the width until it's close to the edge of the canvas just outside the 3 px border you made earlier on the header. See final for visuals.Step twelve:
To edit the background of the rounded rectangle, in layer-styles. Add a Color overlay and change the color to #F7F7F7. See final for visuals.Finale:
Since the header is a bit boring, grab a Stock photo of a sky / mountain and crop it in the header space. Edit its Blending mode to Overlay. See final for visuals.
