Step nine:

Duplicate the top circle detail and move it at the bottom.

Step ten:

Duplicate the circle detail again and rotate it 90 degrees. Position it on the left side of the case then duplicate that and position it on the right side.

Finale:

Merge all the layers and resize to make it an icon.
