Step three:

In a new layer, draw a #595959 rectangle near the top, this will be the screen.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step four:

Now add the buttons, in a new layer draw a #595959 round rectangle using the round rectangle tool.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
