Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Universal calculator.

In a new layer, draw a #595959 rectangle.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

Create a black round rectangle in the middle of the case, smaller than the first rectangle.

Add the following layer styles: Satin, Gradient Overlay.
