Step three:

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, Stroke.



Step four:

Select a large soft brush, Around 102px.

In a new layer brush black color across the header, see visual for pictures.

Add the following layer styles: Pattern Overlay.
