Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Theme Thing.

Start with a black background canvas.

In a new layer, draw a large #B55921 round rectangle using round rectangle tool. This will be the size of your header.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Color Overlay, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.



Step two:

Make a new layer and merge it with the round rectangle layer from step one.

Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen More. Apply twice.
