Step five:

Make a new layer and merge it with the layer from step four.

Set layer's blending mode to Color Dodge. Now set the opacity to around 40%, duplicate and position on the face.



Step six:

In a new layer, draw another black round rectangle.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Lighten.
