Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Theme Invisibles.

In a new layer, draw a large #5C81A4 round rectangle using round rectangle tool. This will be the size of your header.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Satin, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer, draw a black round rectangle on the left side of header.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Lighten.
