Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Tabs.

In a new layer, draw a #005DA5 round rectangle with 8px radius.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer, draw a white round rectangle with no sides, see picture guide for visuals.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
