Step four:

Merge the SpikeGrenades layer-set. This should leave you with one layer with all the polygons.

Add a Satin layer-styles.

Step five:

Duplicate the left spike and flip it to the right side.

Step six:

Add the two spikes that points up in a new layer-set. Duplicate the layer-set and flip it to form the bottom spikes.
