Step five:

Now with the marquee selection tool, select a rectangle across your canvas.

Set your foreground color to #113371 and background to black ink.

In a new layer add a linear gradient using gradient tool on the marquee selection.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay.



Step six:

Make a new layer-set called links. Type your navigation links using font Arial. Bold, 10pt, Sharp and #113371 color ink with 4 spaces seperating each navigation link from another.. Also under character pallette, set the tracking for the selected character to 400.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Stroke.
