Step one:

Start with a black background canvas. In a new layer, draw a black circle, try to match the size with the picture guide for better results.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

Create a new layer under the circle layer.

With the Polygon lasso tool, draw a handle shape and fill with #858585 color.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin.
