Step one:

Just to be organize create a new layer set, name sundisk.

Create a new layer.

Select the round rectangle tool and set the radius to 10 px. Now draw a #262626 / 150px x 310px round rectangle.

Step two:

Add the following layer-styles:

Gradient Overlay Gradient Blend Mode: Color Dodge Opacity: 36 Gradient: Default Reverse: Uncheck Style: Linear Align with Layer: Check Angle: 178 Scale: 100 Pattern Overlay Pattern Blend Mode: Normal Opacity: 9 Pattern: Picture below Scale: 929
