Step seven:

Now were going to make the radar screen. It's very simple but time consuming. First make a new layer, make a circle selection, this will be the first line detail on the radar screen. Fill selection with black.

Add the following layer styles: Stroke.



Step eight:

This should be the finishing product once you make all the circle lines.
