Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Radar.

In a new layer, draw a large #434343 round rectangle with 20px radius. This will be the case.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Satin, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer, draw circle. This will be the radar screen.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Stroke.
