Step five:

Select the polygon tool and set the Polygon option.

Now in a new layer, create a black polygon with the polygon settings edited.

Add a Gradient Overlay layer styles.

Step six:

In a new layer, add the last #FFA108 circle on top.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
