Step three:

In a new layer, draw a #3B3B3B rounded rectangle. Make sure you set radius setting to 40px.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step four:

In a new layer, draw a black round rectangle with radius setting of 60px.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
