Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Metallic Interface.

In a new layer, draw a #969696 rounded rectangle. Make sure you set radius setting to 60px.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

Duplicate the rectangle from step one and position as een on the picture guide.
