Step five:

In a new layer draw a white circle.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Make two more red glow and position it as show on the picture guide.



Step six:

In a new layer, draw black circle on the center piece.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
