Step three:

Once you complete adding details on the right side, make sure you add little people all throughout the black area of the header.



Step four:

Since adding too many people on the header makes it look very low quality, add a white area on the center which devides the set of people located on the header.

In this white space, you can add anything. In this case I added the name of the website and navigation links with icons.
