Step seven:

In a new layer draw a #3B3B3B square.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step eight:

Again in a new layer draw a small black circle on the inside corner of your square.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Add a circle on all corners. This will represent screws.
