Step one:

Start with a black canvas. Make a new layer-set titled Industrial Header.

In a new layer draw a large #3B3B3B rectangle, this will be the size of your header. Exact size is 135px.



Step two:

In a new layer draw a large #5B5B5B rectangle.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Stroke.
