Step three:

In a new layer draw a #4A001A rectangle. This will hold your navigation links.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.



Step four:

In a new layer draw a 1px white line. Set the layer's opacity level to 8%.

Duplicate line and set opacity level to 25% and position 3px above the original line.
