Step one:

Start with a #5D001C canvas sized 800px x 300px and a new layer-set titled box.

In a new layer, draw a white large rectangle, size on this tutorial is 770px x 500px. This space will hold everything.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer draw a #5D001C rectangle, height 70px.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.
