Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Gaming logo.

In a new layer draw a #D2FF00 eclipse using the eclipse tool. (width: 98 x height: 58)

Add the following layer styles: Satin, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer draw a #FFFFFF eclipse. (width: 115 x height: 69)

In a new layer draw a #000000 eclipse. (width: 103 x height: 63)

Navigate through Select > Load Selection > Default. When the black circle is marquee selected, choose the white eclipse layer and cut out the marquee selection.

Position the ring on top of the neon green eclipse.
