Step seven:

Duplicate particle layer-set and flip horizontal.



Step eight:

Select polygon tool, set the side settings to 4, leave the rest alone.

Now in a new layer create a black polygon on the center of the logo.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Lighten.
