Step eleven:

In a new layer, draw a black circle shown on the picture guide.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow.

Make a similar circle but smaller on the side.

Also add the same circles on the opposite side of the header.



Step twelve:

Select the circle tool from Main toolbar. Make sure the setting Anti-aliased is uncheck.

In a new layer, draw a white small circle.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Make a new layer and merge the black new layer with the circle layer so you end up with one layer without any layer-styles attached.

Go to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen More.
