Step nine:

In a new layer draw a #CF0600 circle between navigation structures.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step ten:

In a new layer draw a black circle overlaping red circle from last step.

Now draw a white circle 1px smaller than the black circle in a new layer.

Add the following layer styles: Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
