Step five:

In a new layer draw a #960400 long round rectangle above structures you designed from previous steps.

Add the following layer styles: Satin, Stroke.



Step six:

In a new layer draw a white circle on the center left side of your structures.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.

Duplicate circle, position on the opposite side.

Now to get the same exact effect as the left side, switch the angle settings to the opposite of the current setting.
