Step nine:

Make another white polygon.

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.



Step ten:

In a new layer draw black eclipse.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow.
