Step three:

In a new layer draw a white polygon using the polygon tool.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.



Step four:

In a new layer draw a white circle using ecipse tool.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
