Step nine:

In a new layer draw a #00000 arrow.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step ten:

Make a copy of the arrow layer from step nine then create a new layer. Merge both layers so the layer-style becomes permanent with the layer.

Rotate this arrow to the opposite side.

Make two copies for the top and bottom.
