Step five:

Make Duplications of the ring shape from step four as shown below.



Step six:

Make another #FFFFFF circle ring using the custom shape tool. (width: 85 x height: 85)

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
