Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Futuristic Logo v10.

In a new layer draw a #FFFFFF circle. (width: 137 x height: 137)



Step two:

In a new layer draw a #000000 circle using the eclipse tool. (width: 129 x height: 129)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Stroke.
