Step five:

In a new layer draw another white circle but smaller than the circle in step four.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Stroke.

Step six:

In a new layer, draw a white circle as seen on picture guide. This will give the logo more details.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay.

Create two more and position as seen on picture guide.
