Step three:

Again create another white polygon.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step four:

In a new layer draw a white circle as seen on the picture guide.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.
