Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Futuristic logo v40.

In a new layer, draw a #96B100 polygon using polygon tool with this options settings.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

Again create another polygon but this time create a white polygon.

Set layer's blending mode to Darken.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.
