Step three:

In a new layer draw a #FFFFFF eclipse smaller than the black eclipse. (width: 69 x height: 32)

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step four:

Merge layer-set and resize the shape.

Make 2 copies of the circle shape.
