Step three:

Again select the round rectangle tool and set the radius to 10 px. In a new layer create a smaller #00ACF3 rectangle than step two.

Add the following layer-styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step four:

In a new layer, draw a #414141 circle on the left side of the case.

Add the following layer-styles: Inner Shadow, Stroke.
