Step seven:

In a new layer, draw a black circle.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Glow, Stroke.

Step eight:

The circle you created in step seven represent design so its up to you if you want to follow my design or different set-up. All you have to do is duplicate the circle layer and position it on the case.
