Step five:

Add icons on each tab. The icons use in this tutorial can be found on Webdings font.

Step six:

In a new layer, draw a black circle.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
