Step one:

Create a new layer-set called Custom MP3 Player.

Select the round rectangle tool, set the radius to 80 px.

In a new layer, draw a #E1E1E3 round rectangle.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step two:

Again create another round rectangle but this time use this color #CDCDCD.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay, Stroke.
