Step six:

Duplicate the motion layer and set it's blending mode to Color Dodge. Also position each duplicate on top of each other, see picture guide for visuals.

Step seven:

Again add a duplicate of step one, a plain #E5FFFF text. Add a Inner Glow layer style and set its blending mode to Color Burn.
