Step four:

Duplicate the layer you made in step three. Create a new layer and merge this new layer with the duplicate. By doing so, the layer styles settings will now be permanent. Move the layer on top of every layer in your layer panel.

Step five:

Set blending mode to Lighten. Add a 90 degree motion blur.
