Step one:

Add your #E5FFFF text under font arial black, and 48pt. Make sure you set the tracking setting to -150.

Step two:

Now add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, and Stroke layer styles.

Step three:

Add another text, move the layer at the bottom of every other layer. Add a Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, Satin, and Pattern Overlay layer styles.
