Step seven:

In a new layer draw a 1px white line across the gradient space below.

Above that create a new layer and draw a 1px black line.

Set layer's blending mode to 11%.



Step eight:

Add your navigation texts using Font Eurostile, Bold, 24pt, Sharp and white color ink.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
