Step three:

Set your foreground color to #CECECE and background to white color.

Make a rectangle selection across your canvas, create a new layer and apply a linear gradient.



Step four:

In a new layer draw a white 3px line across the gradient space.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Gradient Overlay.
